FAQ

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences?

Yes! When creating a finalized menu, all dietary restrictions are taken into consideration to respect each clients allergies, personal preferences and limitations .

Do you Travel?

I travel to your home and bring the experience to your kitchen. Events exceeding a 20 mile radius of Nassau County, NY are subject to applicable travel fees.

Booking

When booking there is a mandatory 50% deposit fee to secure your event date. Final payment is due within 7 days of your event (excluding weddings).

Rescheduling/ Cancellation Fee

Rescheduling must be done 2 weeks prior to original date. Any changes made within 72 hours of event are subject to additional fees. Any cancellations made by client within 72 hours of event, 50% of final cost will be non-refundable.

In the event Chef Des must reschedule, total cost will be refunded to original form of payment

Food Integrity

We shop local grocery stores that are known for high product integrity. Sourcing fresh ingredients provided by local farmers markets, vegetable farms and ranches help us to ensure proper food quality that are in alignment with our company values. Specifications regarding organic ingredients is contingent upon client request
